Yep yep yep. Been trying to do this and need some more motivation. Want to be a healthy mum to role model to my 15 months old

I have "accidentally" given up caffeine for a couple of days a few times. I found the headaches very hard to deal with. I am a Starbucks lover and I get a filter coffee with a shot of sugar free vanilla syrup. I then add a slug of skimmed milk. It's about 40 calories and gets me my sweet and caffeine hit.

I am 0.4lbs away from moving from obese to overweight according to my BMI (which I know doesn't really mean anything, muscles weighs more than fat blah blah blah). Woo hoo!!!

Too much in and not enough out. But this can be caused by many reasons. From my experience finding comfort and reassurance in eating the worst kind of foods for you plays a big part.

Well done all. These look great. Today's was walking to my college class. It is 2 miles and would be really easy to get the bus but I did it and it took me about 30 mins.

I am going to be 30 next week so sent you a request in preparation!

Well done to everybody. These are great achievements. Mine for yesterday was not eating chocolate in the evening. I got a real craving for something sweet and had a mug of hot skimmed milk with a teaspoon of brown sugar in it. Very satisfying and didn't lead to wanting more and more that chocolate usually does.

My small achievement today is going to the gym! Sounds silly but I haven't been in ages and I loose my confidence going in. Was brave and went this morning.

Mix it with a tomato based sauce and you can have it over pasta or baked potatoes. Very winter warmer. X

Soup, beans on toast, jacket potato with homemade low cal coleslaw...ummm...all inspiration is lost. X

I have ended up going swimming after 9 at night to make sure I can swim without crashing into people. It makes me laugh, especially all the brand new work out gear that probably cost more than the gym membership. Puts my old t-shirt and leggings to shame!

I go to our local council gym which is £15/month. It is unlimited use if the pool and gym (because it is a council gym there are lots of swimming lessons). Classes are about £4 I think but I have never done one. It is great. The staff are really friendly and it is completely unpretentious. X
