Ill have to check and see if they sell it at the store nearby, only 1 grocery store sells walden farms products. I wasnt really liking the salad dressings (ranch/ceasar) but I bought the balsamic dressing and it is AWESOME!

I used to step on it everytime I went in my bathroom, (few times per day) now I only use it right before I get in the shower. It motivates me to see a loss, but also if there is a gain, its a good reminder to get more serious.. drink more water.. stay on track to see the loss.

Today is day 1 for me too.. I did it one year ago and lost 35 lbs after having my son.. I gained back 10 lbs, tried re-starting about 3 months ago and didnt do well.. but this time Im ready!!! Im trying to loose another 25 lbs. I think you have to be in the right mind frame to stick with IP.

I went to a wedding a few months ago, the basically had the DJ auction off/or on the garter belt.. so the guys were bidding money to take the garter down her leg, girls were bidding money to move it up... it was a lot of fun and the bride/groom got some extra cash on top of the other gifts.
