hi im ruthie 21 from the uk
ive been on MFP 4 weeks and have lost 15 lbs
im always looking for new ACTIVE friends who can support me and i can support back
ive 99lbs to go....anyone in the same boat??
*by active i mean active on here not necessarily active exercise haha

Hi Ruthie. I am from the UK and have joined MFP today with lots of weight to lose. Well done - 15lbs in 4 weeks is great. Focus on what you have lost rather than what you have to lose.
Will be great to keep 'active' here to keep me going!0 -
15 pounds in four weeks is great. Can I suggest you look a smaller increments than 99 pounds...I do ten at a time. I would rather reach a goal and set another than to say...I've got 50 pounds to lose. When I reach 10 I will go for another ten knowing I have already succeeded with the first....Down 18, 2 to my next goal.0

i quite like that i have 99lbs to loose lol, ive set plenty of little goals to keep me going
i find keeping my ultimate goal in mind reminds me why im doing this0 -

I had 89 to go when I started and I am almost halfway there. I may end up trying to lose a bit more depending on how I feel when I finally get there. Feel free to add me if you like.0

I started at 253 and have a goal of 160. Down to 215-221 (fluctuates a lot lately since I'm building muscle while at a diet plateau).0
