FINALLY figured out how to post pics.
so i went to put on a tshirt for working out and for fun i grabbed one of my old ones that hasn't fit in ages....and it FITS!! yahoo!!
i'm almost down 20lbs so far since starting at the end of may/early june. and idk how many inches ( i wish i would have taken measurements in the beginning instead of a few weeks ago) because things are definitely fitting better even if the scale doesn't move.
Back in January (ew ew ew!) this was definitely the heaviest i'd ever been. again-ew!
i dont have any full pics from back then because, well, i would pretty much just avoid taking anything that wasnt from the chest-up.
BUT!
Nowadays:
and here's the shirt that so gloriously fits now!!!
