Congrats for coming back.I did the same thing and you sound a lot like me My weight has been slow in coming off but it is coming off.I love the community lines I get really good info,laugh a some of the bantering and take away a lot of positive motivation.

Your back now that's they key point. Sometimes you have to regroup and start again with a different game plan.I know this is what I need to do and it is very easy to let it slide.Right now I'm making every excuse not to go to yoga tonight even though It will make me feel wonderful. Hi Laura I have now stopped coloring for 7 years.I have dark brown eyes an med skin tone.I use lavender, greys and blush tones.I would suggest going to the mall and ask the ladies at clinque to do some colors.

Good morning Ladies, We are wating for the rain this morning although we need it I was hoping to was windows.I made an appointment to see the Dr on Thursday I feel like my thyroid is out of wack again.I'm also going to ask about HRT.Has anyone used hormone replacement? Connie
