Oh and I forgot to say that I was under my calories so went looking for a snack............... and in my fridge was a yummmmmmmmy....................mango, so I gobbled it up and really enjoyed it knowing it was healthy and yummy and I had enough cals to eat it!:laugh:

Just thought I'd checkin and say hi:happy: I have been reading everyday, but dont right much. I have been walking pretty much the last couple of days and my shin splints are starting to play up:angry: but I'll get there. I am eating well so I am happy about that, and thats about it, pretty boring huh!:ohwell:

Congratulations on you sucess of losing the weight and also on the sucess of keeping it off, Well done! Thank you for the inspiration and the encouragemant, I often wonder if and when I finally become a healthy weight whether I will be able to maintain the new lifestyle, it is great to see people who have done it!

That would be long enough for me to go right off the rails! Maybe limit your self to 1 unhealthy meal per day and keep track of your calories so you know the cost of the foods you are eating and maybe you will eat them in moderation.
