    I didnt walk yesterday (sunday) but binged instead :angry: so I think I need to work my extra 700 cals of and drink heaps of water to combat it!:drinker:

    I am so glad that you guys are doing so awesome with your walking....
    As most of you already know, I joined a zumba class. the instructor said you can burn 600 during the one hour class... I was excited... AND I LOVED IT!!!
    I am doing terrible on my walking....
    I have been running around like a crazy woman trying to get everything accomplished that I can on my days off that I am finding it really hard to take the time to go for a walk....and if I do have the time, I'm usually exhausted and just really don't want to...
    Sorry to sound so whiney!! I am just really proud of you guys who are out there getting it done and logging your miles! You ROCK!!!! :drinker:

    Sorry everyone. I've been slacking lately. We picked up a few new customers at work and so now i"m busy. YAY! Let me know if we decide to keep logging.

    Sorry gang ... I've been slacking on my reporting lately ... I'm really under the weather lately ... and soooooo fallen off the wagon ... but I'm just hanging on to the ropes trailing behind the wagon ... I just need to find the strength to pull myself back up there.

    Well ...even though my eating habits were a wash up ... my walking and hiking is still right up there. I love to hike so it's not really a challenge for me. Take care all

    You do so awesome!!! I am really proud of you!!!!!
    I have only done 2 miles this week... I'm CRAZY busy!!!!! BUT I know there is time I could make for it... I am just not trying hard enough..... Thank you for encouraging me today!!
