Busymom ... you're funny ... I only had a ton of walking in last week because of my massive hike on the Sunday ... that isn't in the plan for this week. :laugh:0 -

I didnt walk yesterday (sunday) but binged instead so I think I need to work my extra 700 cals of and drink heaps of water to combat it!:drinker:0 -
I am so glad that you guys are doing so awesome with your walking....
As most of you already know, I joined a zumba class. the instructor said you can burn 600 during the one hour class... I was excited... AND I LOVED IT!!!
I am doing terrible on my walking....
I have been running around like a crazy woman trying to get everything accomplished that I can on my days off that I am finding it really hard to take the time to go for a walk....and if I do have the time, I'm usually exhausted and just really don't want to...
Sorry to sound so whiney!! I am just really proud of you guys who are out there getting it done and logging your miles! You ROCK!!!! :drinker:0 -

Sorry gang ... I've been slacking on my reporting lately ... I'm really under the weather lately ... and soooooo fallen off the wagon ... but I'm just hanging on to the ropes trailing behind the wagon ... I just need to find the strength to pull myself back up there.
