Giving it a break?

hey guys i decided to take 15 days to eat unhealthy food within the limits, 3 days ago i went to pizza hut for the first time in 9 months! lol it was awsome...
Do you guys have any recomendation?

    That would be long enough for me to go right off the rails!

    Maybe limit your self to 1 unhealthy meal per day and keep track of your calories so you know the cost of the foods you are eating and maybe you will eat them in moderation. Since the ultimate goal is to keep the weight off for good, moderation is needed when eating junk. Try to keep up your water and maintain the weight, please dont put any on.

    I am only worried beacuse I lost a heap of weight a few months ago and have managed to put it all back on in just 2 months. I never want to put the weight back on again, its to hard to lose.

    I can eat pizza once a week, but I like the veggie pizza anyhow and it is not a bad choice.
