Hello, my new comrades.

Hi there. New to the site. Never heard of anything like this before; it seems very convenient... so i think I will give it a try! My problem is I'm still in school and get caught going to fast food places and the like, so my goal is to completely cut those out of my life!

Here's hoping it goes well :).

    Being at school is a great time of life and a very social one. I'm sure that there will be times in the future when your friends are going out to eat and you will want to go to just to be social, and thats ok. If you deprive yourself of being with your friends all the time to aviod the food you may resent missing out. I would crack under the pressure. What you can do is research on the web what food choices are available at your favourite hangouts and add a healthy option into your food diary before you go, then you have a plan. eg If I go to maccas I order a lean beef burger (Im in australia) and a diet coke. It is already added to my diary and I have adjusted the days caloric intake accordingly.
