I gained 46 lbs And lost 40 lbs in 7 months the last few pounds were a very slow process but when my son turned 1 I was 5 lbs down my pre preggo weight and now at 20 months pp I'm 6lbs below pre-preggo weight. Only 4-6 lbs to go to be ay my ultimate ideal weight. That would be the lowest in 10 years.

Stop weighing too often. Why to do you step on the scale after eating btw? This ^^ You look awesome so I woukd say wear it with proud I bought two bikinis and I liked the way I looked in both but didn't feel confident to wear it in public. So I worn a two piece swimsuit that didnt show much and covered my belly and I felt great and very confident. Had a great time btw

I love avocado! Sometimes I mix it with lettuce, cucumber, lime and add a little salt. Or mixed with broiled eggs, add chopped onions (I don't like onions but mixed with these taste good) you can also put some lime.

I use the TDEE method too and I don't log exercise or calories burnt. I just log the name of the workout and enter 1 cal burnt.

Even though I follow the TDEE method I believe this^^ is exactly right so if you follow what mft tells you you will lose.
