Fanstastic results I'm also doing p90x 4 1/2 weeks to go but my results aren't as big as yours though. I would like to do insanity after p90x too. I will add you as friend.

Nice job. It looks more than a 2 lbs lost to me. I did 30 ds a couple of months ago and I lost 4 pounds only but like you I also lost some inches. Keep up the gkod work cause definitely is paying off

Greta job. Same thing happened to me the scale didn't move for 5 weeks and then all of a sudden boom 2lbs down.

I have the same problem I lose control some days. What has helped is to keep only healthy snacks in case I want to binge or not having anything at all. I like to cook exactly what we're going to eat or I will eat everything even if I'm full. Other thing that seems to have helped is try to eat big meals and small snacks…

It has worked for me too as long is within my calories goal. About sugar intake I dont mind to go over if they come mostly from fruit. Strict diets never work for the long run

I'm a shopaholic and I hate having to wear the same dress/shirt/shoes again :-( I don't mind about jeans/pants/shorts, skirts though

Thanks I have been reading reviews in amazon and I found one dvd that has 3 levels so I dont have to invest in different dvd for each level. I can't believe nobody talk about step anymore. It's so much fun.

When my baby was a few months old I used to go running for 1-1/2 hrs. Now that he's bigger (19 months) he doesn't stay calmed so running outside is not a good option for me. I've lost only 2 lbs in almost 2 months and I exercise 6 days a week. So losing 1 lb in a week I think is great. Just keep like that imagine if you could average losing 1 lb a week you'll lose 16 lbs in 4 months.

If it fits in your cal goal go for it. That's what I usually eat flr breakfast eaither 4 white or 1 whole egg and 3 white.

Yes p90x is intense but I burn sowhere between 250-450 cals depending on tbe workout. You burn a lot more than me so I think you need to eat a little more
