Below are my pictures of my progress of P90X. I took pictures at day 1, day 27, day 57, and day 89.

I lost a total of 31 pounds. I lost 6 1/2 inches on my waist. I gained 1 inch on each bicep. I also gained 1 1/2 inch on my chest.

Today is day 90 and my last day. I am starting Insanity on Monday and look forward to more improvements.

    Good job! I think the biggest change is in your stomach. It looks much flatter.

    Congratulations! That is incredible and you should be absolutely proud of your accomplishment. Just in time for the beach, too:) Enjoy Insanity, as I have never done P90X you might now find it too easy, I, however, DO NOT!

    Fanstastic results I'm also doing p90x 4 1/2 weeks to go but my results aren't as big as yours though.

    I would like to do insanity after p90x too. I will add you as friend.
