I try to go to bed by 9-930 and wake up at 4:30am. I am accustomed to only getting 5-6 hours of sleep so if I go to bed by 9:30 I'm wide awake, ready to rock and roll when the alarm goes off at 4:30, with 7 full hours of sleep.

The majority of my cardio has alwasy been in the form of a 45 minute daily walk and I was successful at losing weight.

I think that we naturally gravitate toward people who are similar too us. That's just a fact of life. And as far as religion is concerned, people probably just want to be able to have a decent conversation with their friends and not have to filter through foul or inappropriate comments.

Hamburger kids meal w/ diet drink is a good choice, or depending on how many calories you want to spend, you could get one of the grilled chicken sandwiches. That's usually what I get with $1 size or no fries. Drink lots of water while you eat to help fill you up. Enjoy!

I never weigh myself on Monday! I tend to eat a little more over the weekend and can be up by like 3lbs on Monday, which I know is not a true weight gain. I think it is more about the diet than the exercise. But as for myself, I have to have a consistent combination of both or my best case scenario will be zero weight gain or loss.

I don't mind having a buddy if they are on my level or pretty close to it. It becomes annoying when your buddy isn't serious and always has excuses for missing workouts or slacking off. I typically work out alone because no one I know is either interested or have the same schedule as me.

My goal outfit is a pair of nice fitting Express size 10 jeans with a fitted tank top. Sounds simple, I know, but the combination is so versatile. Depending on your shoes and accessories you can go anywhere and look effortlessly HOT!!!! I specify Express jeans cuz I just love the way they fit me.

I never run in short shorts for that very reason. I wear my shorts at least to my knees or longer. That solves the problem.

I don't think that's tacky at all. Lot's of people celebrate anniversaries. And with just the history of what you've been through, surely your guests will understand what you are doing and why. Don't invite whoever said it was tacky, LOL.
