I agree with all of the above, I always have a handful of almonds.

My sis asked me the same thing, so I bought her strecth bands. Just use them as you would with weights. Hopefully it will work for you as it did for her. Congrats!

I know that feeling, what I do are good mornings. After a couple of sets, they loosen up almost always. Hope it helps
