Yeah I know PCOS too, I've read up on it all, they all seem to coincide from what I can see. I don't know if I have fertility problems as I've never tried to conceive but I've never have menstruation problems.

I've seen so many doctors but none really label anything, it's frustrating. I know my testoserone is high and that I have borderline hypothyroidism but that's about it. I'm seeing my doc for a yearly checkup this month so I'll try bringing it up again. Until then I want to try to see if any changes can help.

My favorite is dipping melba toasts in it but i know that can add up.

The main one I tend to count of my daily activities is if I do the big stairs at work because it raises my heartbeat and I really HATE doing them.

I have the same problem but now I know it's my hypothyroidism but also I'm trying to focus on more protein and knowing my portions.

I got a reduction when I was 15 years old but then that was more than 15 years ago. I'm not sure if what I went through would be relevant now except that it is still the best decision I've ever made.

One of my favorite breakfast meals I do when I'm not in the mood for eggs is 2 wheat english muffins with heated up frozen raspberries (or fresh if you like) in between like a sandwich. Very filling. Thanks for the tips.
