I have just started using this program. I have tried others that were similar but realy like the layout of this one. My goal is to loose 34 lbs, be able to run in a half marathon and have abbs... lol I know lofty goals but I have started slowly getting back into working out, I find for me if I ease in to working out and dieting and make life changes instead of drastic ones that wont stick, I see better results. I use micoach from addidas on my phone for running and try and do pilates/yoga or circuit training as my workout options.
