Thank you for all your help and advice. I think I might stop tracking for a month, stop weighing food (as I have a general idea of the size of portions I should eat) and just relax with food. I do weights at the gym 3 days a week at 8am then bootcamp straight after at 9.30am so burning over 800+ cals on my HRM. I took simple carbs out of my diet as they bloat me and make me feel sluggish. I didnt usually tend to eat back any calories burned, and on the days I do bootcamp and gym, this can be 800+ calories

I think I may have to work on compound moves then, and google what these are. It will be a year in April that I started lifting and did see a big difference by the July so may stick with it, even though my thighs are mullered after each session lol. Thanks guys

I am only able to get to the gym on wednesdays and fridays due to childcare. Mondays I do an exercise class so cardio is sorted. Im kinda new to this lifting malarky, so dont understand splits etc lol

eat more, drink more, eat protein to feel fuller, recognise when you are bored and hungry. I doubt you are eating enough

My T25 should be arriving anyday. Cant wait to finish insanity to then start on that. Calves are still a little sore but no where near as bad as yesterday. I am so loving it. Love seeing the countdown, and love seeing the other people struggle and have to rest aswell. Makes them human.

Id love too. Starting tonight with the Fit Test with a friend aswell. Dreading it to be honest as Im not a cardio fan, but more strength. Add me and we can do this together. :)

Depending on how much I burn through exercise, I probably eat about 30% back.

I struggled with this aswell. Also when I went to the gym, the machines were telling me allsorts of calories that Id burned. So I invested in a Polar Heart Rate Monitor. Ive never looked back. Will tell you accurately what you are burning. Thats the only way I think.

Ripped in 30 is her next DVD to move onto from 30 day shred. I completed 30DS and started RI30 straight away and my god it has stepped up a level. Thought I was fit....... I also have her 6 week six-pack DVD and Extreme shed and shred.......all bloody good workouts.
