My favorite cheaper brand is C9 from Target. I lust after Nike or Victoria's Secret, though. I know a lot of people get really fussy and stuck up about VS, but I work out every day so I figure I deserve to wear what I want. *shrug*

I used to feel that way because it was such a drastic change from how I was used to going about my life. But now that my stomach has shrunk to accommodate smaller meals, my body recognizes its need for proper nutrition, and my brain has evolved from obsession to healthy habit... it's become a lot easier and this lifestyle…

I've Googled women around my size and the variations are pretty extreme, ranging from 100c-600c! Augh, this is so frustrating!
-
Yeah, and I heard even HRMs are often inaccurate as well. It's hard to get a good idea on these sorts of things. :(
-
Get rid of it? I didn't think it was possible. As an artist, I always draw my women with them... always. I wasn't even aware you could get rid of it. *slow shrug*

That's a great idea, I've been super busy lately so I haven't been able to browse blogs much. Thanks for the tip!

Yeah, I'm definitely kickin' some daily chicken over here. No complaints though, there's a lot you can do with them!

*bookmarks* I pass by this all the time at the grocery store and I always give the chocolate one a good stare-down. I want to try it, but I wouldn't really know what to do with it other than a chocolate banana peanutbutter smoothie. But now that I've said it, it sounds good enough. :'D

Whatever you choose, post it! Now I'm curious to read it.

I just get a variety Spring Valley vitamins because they're easily accessible and not too expensive or anything. And I'm a sucker for packaging, I like how many different kinds they have and they all match. *girl problems*

I understand that I /can/ eat regular cupcakes, but I really don't want to, especially since they won't taste too terribly much different anyways (I've heard from several people that the SkinnyTaste recipe is amazing, so we're probably going to go with that) and we'll be making them ourselves anyways so it's not like it's…

http://www.foodiefiasco.com/the-worlds-healthiest-chocolate-cupcakes/ Huh. These run at 45 calories... I just realized that pumpkin is a reoccuring ingredient for a lot of low cal cupcakes. Interesting. *noted*

Opinion. *slow shrug* I'm not complaining. Every year that goes by my life gets better. So there's that.

I can't wait for March, the more reviews I read, the more excited I get! This is going to suck so good.
-
It's amazing how much results/preferences vary, I'll definitely be buying RI30 after I'm done with my weighted 30DS in March and compare. :O

Those Bai5 drinks are like 10 calories a bottle. Supposedly they are made from the coffeefruit (as opposed to the coffee bean, which comes from the inside of the fruit if I understand correctly) and has as much caffeine as a cup of tea. Tastes just like Vitamin Water. I tried it a couple days ago as a last resort from a…

I've definitely backed off the ankle while working out, I've been looking up exercises to substitute with my foot-impact-related ones and it's made a bit of a difference already. (Or maybe it's just in my head, thanks power of suggestion!) I'm allergic to ibuprofen, so I'm just going to have to wing it for now, I think.…

Thank you SO much! That is actually incredibly helpful, I remember going over that RICE thing back in grade school but it went right out the ol' noggin. I'll definitely keep all this in mind!
-
Yeah, thank you, but I'm not really looking for single food items. I've definitely eaten apples before. I'm looking for a bit of variety. I like trying new things.

I made a routine out of it. Wake up, pre-workout meal, work out, post-workout meal, shower, get ready for work. I don't have to motivate myself to brush my teeth, I just do it because I know it's good for me.
-
That was a beautiful review.

My clothes were never "big" but I suppose I could keep my mediums for my future boob job. *fist pump*

30 Day Shred, every day. I love dancing games in my spare time, I definitely work up a sweat but I don't really consider it working out... just healthy fun stuff. I want to start that Zombie Run app thing and start running at night after I get home after work.

...thin mints...how ironic... *silent crying*

Math. Calculate how much food you're using. Say whatever you're eating for dinner is 200 calories a serving and you have a quarter of a serving, you just ate 50 calories. Then you eat something else that's 75 calories a serving and you eat three... then you have 225 of that food. Then you add the total of them together...…

Well, yeah. I'm just asking in your experience... The gym doesn't have any information up yet so I was just looking for a heads up. And I was actually really looking forward to the "different environment" bit. Normal gyms are really stressful for me, so I just work out at home.

I've always been pretty slender (5'4'', I assume around 120lbs since I haven't weighed myself in years...) but my tummy has always been my problem area. With clothes on, I look skinny. Real skinny. I've got tiny arms, thigh gap, and with a shirt on you can't see my dreaded "pooch" but once the clothes are off... augh. I…

I refuse to give up dark chocolate. Absolutely refuse. I want my "diet" to be permanent, so I have to make this work without feeling like I'm depriving myself of the things that make me happy. Not to mention, while not exactly low in calories nor in fat, dark chocolate has an overwhelming of health benefits. Sometimes you…
