I was down 2.6lbs this week. I'm hoping to get back into Twoterville before labor day weekend, so just going to keep on keepin' on. Happy Friday all. SW 323.2 CW 309.4 GW 220

Yes we have El Milagro and these blow them out of the water. The only thing I've found close are the ones found in the refrigerated section of a mexican grocer near me.

Up 0.8 as well. I was dilligent about tracking during the weekdays, but not so much the weekend. Or last night for my wife's birthday.

Good morning from a wayward GoaD who has stumbled back in.

I'm down 4.6lbs. I still have another 4 to go to get back to where I was pre-vacation. Was out in Hawaii and had a little too many musubi and maui onion chips.

So far, I haven't tracked at all on non-fast days. I naturally tend to have less calories on the days after a fast because I usually don't break my fast until lunch, and I try to have something that resembles my 600 calorie fast meal. Then I'll go on to have a normal dinner that night.

I personally do not eat anything that has been lightened, at least not purposely. I am quite large at the moment, so I'm not sure it's a winning strategy... but my philosophy is to have smaller portions of the real thing. I like good bread, good cheese, and real butter, and I have hit a stride in portioning those items out…

I will be back with you eventually, Brian. Working on getting my weight down and I want to re-re-start C25k once I'm down to 250.

I can relate a little with Amanda... simply because when I'm not dieting I don't have to expend energy thinking about what I'm shoving down my piehole. It takes off some mental stress. In conjunction, eating those deliciously fat, salty, sugary foods give me a lift after a hard day at work. Of course when the see-saw goes…

Last week was to run 3 times that week and track every day. I missed on both accounts. Had a 10 and 12 hour day at work where I was walking around campus all day long and was a bit wiped out when I got home. At 300 lbs I'm also starting to wonder if running is the best activity at this time. Maybe once I hit 250 I can fire…

What is your weekly mini goal this week? * Track all food * Run 3 days of the week I've tracked yesterday and today so far and "ran" yesterday. It could be called a terrible run or a great walk.

Is it in your recipe box after you saved it?

I just fired up my oven... but then I'll be done eating. Late night at work, so dinner is just now happening.

I weighed in yesterday and was down 16 lbs for my first week back to tracking... That's like Biggest Loser numbers, and probably just as "healthy" of a loss - I had either food poisoning or a stomach bug that pretty much expelled anything in my pipes. I expect some of it to come back, and I'm really happy to be eating…

One of my resolutions is to start tracking and weighing daily. Also get back into running - I miss it!

Thanks for that @minimyzeme. The day I started this thread I actually baked a bunch of potatoes, grilled sausage and chicken, and prepped some veggies and that alone helped me get my meals aligned for work lunch and the evenings. Meal prep really makes a big difference for me - the more I cook at home the healthier I eat.…

I did actually track everything yesterday, so there's that. Of course I got that nifty MyFitnessPal message: "If everyday were like today, you'd weigh 292lbs in 5 weeks!" I mean... I didn't track my bike ride calories burnt so hopefully that's not where I'll be in 5 weeks. WI today was in fact lower than yesterday.
