Going from not being able to find your size 5 ft 8 and UK Dress size 22(just didn't happen) and now not being able to find cloth long enough because people dress size UK 10/12 people aren't allowed to be size 5ft 8. (surprising considering supermodels)

when pregant and at my heaviest i was a 8 - 9 UK size but can get away with a 6 some times but mostly comfortable in a 7 - 7.5 uk no. but my running shoes are a still uk 8.5. the shoe size was the 1st thing i started to notice on the weight loss journey, my feet would slide around in my shoes alot.

Congratulation for being brave and postting . Their is not point going on diets , they don't work. It's Life changes you need to do and stick to it. baby steps make one change each day and you soon find it become second nature. :)

hiya am gluten sensitive and dairy intolerant , I have found and can eat latose free cheese once in a while (very small amount), or stuff with cheese powder but i cant eat stuff with milk powder at all. Feel free to request friendship , just saying you dairy and gluten free :)

31/05/2011 waist was 43 (no hip measurement) thigh was 27 last time a measure 03/03/2013 waist was 32, hips 36.75, thigh was 21 It takes time but uses what you have, Dress to suit your style :) and you can visually reduce your size am 5. 7 1/2
