I just came back after a long time gone and I saw that I was deleted by some and kept on others, nice to know since I just pooffed for a bit. Back now and going to do this again and looking for friends....motivation is good and to see others progress is great motivation!

Well last night was interesting! I open my laptop and go to MFP and see that I posted that I was drunk.....forgot all about it and then read everything and said WHAT DID I DO!!!!!! I returned the fitbit force because it would not track my spinning and I did not like to wear it all day. I do think your right about the weight lifting part too.

Yes you can but the best part is making friends so that you can get help. You start to log stuff just to see how you do. Its up to you! Also we get down and dirty sometimes and that's fun too!

I just got mine and am trying to figure it out. It seems nice but I like my old Polar because I could get HR readings while on a machine. I'll see how it goes.

No because it takes more calories to chew so you should log it as exercise. It's just like logging your water you have to measure the amount of pee you produce so I always carry a measuring cup with me! At the bars it comes in handy.

Had sex in an elevator....I was with my wife and we where dating...we got in the elevator and saw that the service panel was opened. I turned the key to off and the elevator stopped. No more than 5 seconds and I was inside of her!!!! Great ride!
