this one sounds like the best idea. with the bigger lunch you shouldnt be too hungry by the time you get to the gym. it IS important to eat something, especially protein right after your workout, and it will make you feel much better than eating a huge meal before bed :) also the protein is important in the muscle growth.…

my trainer had said that sobeys also carries greek yogurt, but that everything hes seen - pc brand seems to have the best nutritional content. those are the only 2 places ive heard about though.

i found a calculator online somewhere. i believe in general 60 minutes is between 600-900, and 90 minutes is 900-1200. its pretty crazy. Not sure how accurate it is though, but I can believe at least 500-600 for the 60 minute session. I love it.

got 5 cups, but im still working on it! did 45 minutes of circuit training with my trainer and under calories woohoo!! I also dont know when easter is, but if i can lose 10lbs by my birthday (march 21) i will be THE happiest person ever.

ill just repost again :) start weight : 151.2, goal weight: 139.2 i plan on working out minimum 6 days a week from now on! getting married in may and want to reach my final goal of 135 by then. i know i can do this, and am so excited!

i agree, that one seems to be the most filling and best fo ryou, but yes, not yummy lol. i found that even adding cut up bananas make the less 'yummy' tasting cereals taste better.
