They are so good planted 2 trees about a year and a half ago that was our first harvest and I now have about 20 trees! You only harvest once and then cut tree down. Made banana muffins with homemade applesauce and blueberries last night! Yummy!!

I am doing p90, super regular first 30 days, but now about 2-4 times per week but almost everyday walking running for at leat 35 minutes with hills, about 3-4 miles per day. Thanks guys you are all very kind!

You have to eat below it in order to loose weight or otherwise you would just stay the same. So if your 1500 bmi and you ate 1200 you would be banking 300 calories a day or 2100 a week. Without exercise you would loose a little over 1/2 a pound a week.

I do! Been loosing 2-3 pounds a week have. Glass or 2 a night I just count the calories and addition to my day!

Alot of people call brewers yeast , nutritional yeast by mistake. Nutritional yeast is a must have for popcorn for me! It's so yummy and good for you! You can buy it in bulk at any health food store. I don't know all the weight loss benifits but sure is better for you then butter on popcorn! Just an FYI if you love popcorn…

Use some athletes foot powder it's an anti fungal. Keep area dry. Foot powder will stop itch after healed use baby powder to keep moisture away.
