You guys are cracking me up! I always log it. I add about 100 calories every time. I need to get a HRM to see how many calories "cleaning" actually burns.

I weigh 10 pounds more now than it says on my driver's license. That was maybe 7 years ago. Not to far off.

Well, I definitely don't drink everyday. Once or twice a week and only a few drinks. I could probably cut back though.

Fitzie63, just because I want to drink a couple of drinks once or twice a week doesn't mean I have a drinking problem. If that were the case everyone I know has a problem. Miller Lite is 96 calories and 4.2 % I think I would rather a little more calories for more alcohol.

Okay I just did some research on Corona light and it has 109 calories and 4.5 %. Hmmm maybe I should of got that. I'm so disappointed with my Select 55 I almost want to go back to the store and get something else.

MGD light 64 has 2.8 percent alcohol content not much more than Select 55. I think I would rather drink a regular beer. I wonder if wine has less calories per alcohol content.

You can look at mine. I only filled mine out for half the day today because I had Thanksgiving early with my family so I gave myself a half day break but all the other previous days are filled out.

I always go over my sugars but I don't pay much attention to it. I can eat yogurt and a banana and be over. As long as I'm eating healthy and losing weight I don't worry to much about it.

I know I will make up for it on the weekends. I'm trying not to drink during the week. Yes I don't miss the hangovers and the low blood sugar the next day. It's all about habit.

I so relate to everyone on this topic. Cutting back drinking has been really hard for me. I think I'm just in the habit of it.

I weigh myself every morning. If my weight goes up I just try to do better that day. I also "weigh in" everyday.

Yeah I was looking at craigslist, they had some pretty good deals. I think I'm leaning more towards a treadmill.

Thanks, I will take all of this advice in to consideration. But I have to say honestly I'm more confused than ever. Half of you say elliptical and half say treadmill. I wish I could afford both. Oh well I'll figure something out.

Thank for all the input! I love this site! I've only been on this site for a few days and it really does make a difference in my journey towards a healthier lifestyle. I'm kind of leaning more towards a treadmill.
