On April 8, 2003, at age 72, Dr. Atkins slipped on the ice while walking to work, hitting his head and causing bleeding around his brain. He lost consciousness on the way to the hospital, where he spent two weeks in intensive care. His body deteriorated rapidly and he suffered massive organ failure. During this time, his…

I track my net carbs on fatsecret.com. It gives you the option of net carbs or carbs. I use both sites actually.

I've been on Atkins since January 12th and have lost 16 lbs. I love it I have no cravings and I'm rarely hungry. I have also tried so many other diets WW, counting calories, etc. I was always hungry and that made it hard to stick to it. Good luck, you can friend me if you like.

Yum sounds delicious, thanks for the recipe.

I have both and I use the Fitbit everyday. It just depends on what you're looking to improve on.

I just got out of the 200 zone and started sliding back. I'm now back on track, yay! It feels so good to make that goal. Feel free to add me.

I recieved one at Christmas and have worn it everyday. There are other trackers that can give you more information but I love my fitbit. It's like a super podometer. I think it tracks well.

If you are really that tired all the time I would see a doctor. I had this problem and the doctor ran a blood panal and found that I was low on B12. I am now getting monthly B12 injections and it helps. I'm not saying this is what you have just that it could be a sign of something else.

4 piece chicken nugget kids meal with a diet drink is just under 300 calories. Thats what I eat when I don't have another option.

I think you should stay with your original weigh in day. Acknowledge and move on. You're just playing games with yourself otherwise.

If it is your weigh in day I would log it and just move on from there. I was able to eat pudding and mashed potatoes and some mac and cheese when I had mine done. I would worry less about what you're eating and just get some food into you.

You can also put chickan and salsa in a crock pot. Let it cook on low all day. It will be nice and tender and perfect for any side you choose or stick it in a tortilla with veggies. Yum!

I have a Sharper Image scale and I love it. It is from Bed Bath & Beyond $29.99, hopefully if you have a store close by you can use a 20% off coupon. If not they are available online. It does grams and ounces and has a tare feature so you can zero it out.

I did try it for a few months. I was drinking 2 shakes a day and eating lunch. I lost 4 pounds.I found that I like chewing my food better. The shakes taste pretty good. It was only $100 a month for the version I did, there are 3 levels.

I too have a fit bit adjustment at the end of the day, but I've heard that it is better to set you activity level lower and have an adjustment than set it too high and not be as active as you thought.
