I just finished a triathlon (sprint) and 5k foam/mud run within 6 days of eachother and I'm 275... don't stop yourself from doing something because you think you're 'fat'. That's only an excuse. What I do say is listen to your body and STRETCH!! Good luck :)

PPACA (Health Care Reform) requires all chain restaurants with 20+ locations to have their nutrition information available. You should be able to find it now for most chain restaurants.

I had that issue in the beginning. Stretching is the only thing that helped. Before and after I'll find a step or a curb and just 'hang' from my toes (letting my heels drop) for up to 5 minutes.

How are the DVDs compared to the classes? Are the just alike? The music was the most important part of the class (for me). Is it revolved around the music like the live classes are?
