    Had to lower my goal this week, I think I have a stomach bug or something, since yesterday every time I start exercising even if only for 15 minutes I get a knot in my upper stomach region and very quickly I get massive cramps and nauseated. I had to stop in the middle of my program tonight and take a 5 minute break because my supper was on the verge of coming up. I restarted and after the last run session, I was super super sick again. Hope this goes away :(

    Since its my first time doing a challenge like this I didn't want to have a number that I knew was unattainable, so I wouldn't quit. I'll see how this week goes and then up it next week.

    the 3500 goal might be a bit tough for me right now... but i'll see how close I can get to it... and try harder next week. :D I still plan to give it my best shot. I need to burn 687 each day for the rest of the week to make it to 3500...???? I will try to get close to that...
