No but we could be friends?
-
False... The next person prefers showers to bathing

I'm a pescatarian and have been since I was 16 (28years ago!) I adore seafood and fish and don't enjoy the taste of meat so it was an easy decision for me. Go for it, nothing's written in stone, if it's not right for you then you can shake it up again.

Yay my MFP friend! That is such a great feeling , smiling for you!

False , I'm not at all sporty The next person can cook the most perfect poached egg
-
False ( despite living in the UK!) The next person has joined the mile high club...

My family are all abroad so I do use my face book for posting pics and keeping in touch. I've kept my weight loss off there though and love seeing friends faces that haven't seen me for a while. I'm logging into MFP far more than FB these days!

Very retro !

Pretty dress and hair:smile: Ooo just noticed it's a corset not a dress...nice

Congratulations!!! Oh I am measuring my loss this way too! It's amazing how it's the everyday small things that you inwardly smile over. My car seat belt sitting in place is another....no riding up and trying to strangle me :noway: Thank you for posting :)

:blushing:

Even better, I don't need that many inches ;)

Peanut butter on a chopped apple, few olives, seafood sticks, hard boiled egg. Protein all the way for me. Sweet snacks make me want more sweet snacks!

Beautifully serene looking

Haha! I don't think I'd want to know!
-
Date ( great teeth)

Just knowing that we're all in this together and each and everyone know how hard the journey is. I like having my diary open and my MFP friends commenting and us all sharing in each others success when we lose.

Mr Kipling " French Fancies" Mmm, especially the lemon coloured ones. The fake sponge , topped with that blob of artificial cream all wrapped up in gloriously food coloured, soft and squidgy fondant icing ! Yep my idea of food porn right there!

I'm doing the alternate day fasting , 500 cals on fast days and the next day eating normally. ( it seems to be 1200-1800 cals on the up days) I started after watching the Horizon programme , reading and seeing the results of a good friend who followed this. She lost a lot of weight after struggling all her adult life on…

Bump as I've just started today doing alternate day fasting. 500 cals on down days and up to 1500 on feast days.

Not only do you look fabulous but you really should consider writing for a living. That was one of the most eloquent , funniest, endearing and completely captivating posts I've seen on the forums! I am so with you about the evil scale...mine was 3 lb :( but I enjoyed every moment! Keep smiling

Hot potato with salted butter, lots of salted butter and crispy potato skin...mmmm!
-
I've been told Dawn French...I can live with that! I did laugh when the lady ( at the hair dressers) felt she needed to add oh but you're much taller and slimmer :)
-
I try and stay below 50 g carb too and 1270 cals,I can't help believing that cals in v cals out are still relevant
-
Bump I've wondered about this so thank you for posting. In the 7 weeks I've been low carb I have found that it's hard to over eat the protein and fat , you just get too full and stay full longer, naturally stopping the cals from getting too high.
