    Diet jelly, almost no calories, can help the sugar craving and quite refreshing during an Aussie summer.
    Find a low calorie yoghurt. We have Yopliat ForMe at less than 100 calories per individual tub.
    small tin of flavoured tuna on 2 rye cruskits - about 130 calories.
    Also in Australia we have individual packets of flavoured rice wheels or corn tubes. Healtheries Kidcare brand. Great to substitute chips or cheezels for.

    Big-*kitten* pickles. I like Claussen brand. It's like 15 calories for a whole pickle and the taste is strong, so it should make your brain think you're eating a lot more than you are.

    Peanut butter on a chopped apple, few olives, seafood sticks, hard boiled egg. Protein all the way for me. :heart:

    Sweet snacks make me want more sweet snacks!

    my favorite snacks are so strange! i love plain pretzels and mustard. you can get the 0 cal mustard or the fancy stuff. i also like the steam bag veggies with hot sauce.
