I'm on day 5 of Insanity. I hear you get good results and it is kicking my butt but I have already lost an inch off my waist. I am going to do P90X next... I have a love/hate relationship with the DVD...LOL :laugh:

Mine is all of it. I love the whole dinner and usually eat 2 full plates. This year I am going at it diffrently I am only eatting one plate and only a little bit of each thing... I have worked very hard to lose the weight I have there is no way I am going to mess it up. I know me and if I slide a little then I will slide…

No I dont eat my exercise cal. I am to scared too. I dont want to get on the scale and not have any loss.... I get scare just to get near my 1400... I have a few times but for the most part I dont.....

I love ground turkey!! That is all I eat. I use ground turkey in place of ground beef. I use it with spaggetti, in enchilads, tacos, meatloaf, chili. I mean for everything.

Just checking in.... I had a cheat night and ate red robin.... Went over my Cal 410 and feel really guilty. Even though I know I dont do it oftern its just makes me feel so bad. I found it.... Drank 8 glasses but the night isn't over yet. :smile: I was under my cal goal and did 75 mins at the gym. Awhh I am feeling great and hoping to get a polor heart rate monitor for xmas.... :wink:

Don't be so hard on yourself. I too have lost weight and gained it back so many times. I am back on the workout wagon and going to keep it off this time. Just get back on the wagon and move forward. Remember the hardest part is the first few weeks then after that you will see results and get all the motivation back that…
