Thank you ladies! My daughter has been in partial hospitalization now for 3 day and she is so much happier. She isn't as withdrawn as she was before and is already starting to show progress in handling her anger. I was not happy about this situation when it first occurred but I am so happy we stuck with our decision. I am…

Way to go! It's so great to see us all make progress! My highest weight of 191 was in March 2012. I did not get serious about losing weight until August and fell off for a while. 'Ve been back on full time since mid-November can can't wait to meet my 1st goal and start working on my next goal of 145!

1 mile run 10:28 (47 seconds faster) squats 36 (+1) modified burpees 16 (same) single toe touches 28 (same) modified push-ups 18 (-3) dips 30 (+5) Felt great doing the assessment today since I did not work out Thursday, Friday or Sunday. I'm surprised my numbers look as good as they do, I guess my body needed the rest.…

I really want to try a spin class but I'm a punk and scared I won't be able to keep up. I haven't done any dancing yet for today for the challenge but I did just do 4 rounds of the beginner level of the fuel fit blazer workout.

It appears to be mostly due to fruit so IDK what to say but I would like to say gotta love the peach ciroc :-)

Thank you so much. The 20 lbs is from March of last year until now. It has been slow but I am loving every minute of it. I have never focused on what I cannot have because there are so many things I can have. Be patient, I promise if you stick with it, the weight will come off. You are doing an amazing job!

way to go! I was thinking about getting in a few rounds of the modified 54321 after I complete a little bit of my homework tonight.

First of all, I'm jealous of the weather. LOL. We are starting out around 50 but it is suppose to drop quickly and then we have a winter advisory ... Good old Chicago weather. Secondly, I am so glad your husband decided to join you doing the challenge. My husband started the last one and did not complete it, he is on his…

An idea to break the binge habit is to sign up for a fitness class on Friday afternoons around the time you usually have your binge (if it is around the same time) or sign up for another type of class that you may be interested in if it is available at a local park district or something. I know I tend to eat more on the…

yes, we all deserve a pat on the back. Can't wait until our rest day on Sunday. The water part has been the hardest part for me. I should be drinking about 5 -5.5 bottles per day and I'm only drinking about 3 maybe 4 on a good day.

Just finished the jump rope challenge. Took me about 18 minutes. I swear this would be a little easier if I wasn't a heavier smoker. Good luck everyone. I think the easiest part of the challenge today will be doing the squats. Now its time for me to catch up with those. I'm only doing 10/hour. I have to get 20 in now since…

I just completed my second go at the Day 4 challenge. This time I did 3 rounds of the modified version in 15 minutes. I am still going to do the modified version one more time today, probably just before bedtime so I can get in the shower and go straight to bed. I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!

I am way more considerate than Mr. Shut up and Train, lol. I will say, get plenty of rest and I hope you feel well soon, he would simply say .... "Shut up and train" LOL. Feel better soon!

I just completed 2 sets of the 54321 workout and I'm pretty sure I'm ready to DIE!!!!! I had to do all modified exercises. I started with the jump squats and made it through 27 of them and had to stop and switch over to jumping jacks. If my lungs recover I will attempt this workout again later this afternoon.

That is what I had to do with Doritos. As far as fast food goes the only thing that stopped me was knowing the calories that was in the food I was eating. Once I saw that a majority of my daily calories was in a fast food meal, I knew I had to stop. Since I have stopped eat that crap, my body feels so much better. I do…

Yeah, it's an app. There are plenty of free ones that will do the trick. Nike has a really good one that is free.

I didn't have time to go the gym before sending the kids to school, so what I did is I used to pedometer on my phone to track distance and recorded the time like that. That's an option if you don't have any other access. Just a thought.

Don't say "Only 4 Dips" its 4 more than 0. You did a great job. Keep up the good work.

When you see yourself about to do the binge, eat naked in front of a mirror. I realized seeing how big I am and then watching myself eat quickly made me put the "bad stuff" down. I realized that is how I got to be the size I am now.
