No. Those actually look much more reasonable than your first set of numbers. Try them for a few weeks, and then depending on your goals (bulking, maintaining, cutting), adjust from there.

Don't be worried or discouraged :) These things take time! When I don't see any movement for a while (which I haven't, unless you count the numbers moving up from the holidays lol), I remember that I didn't put my weight on in a week, or two weeks, or even a year, so it's not going to come off as quickly either. There are alot of really great recipes for the crockpot. Look at gourmetpantry.com and skinnytaste.com. You can always half the recipes if you don't want to freeze them :)

I'm not trying to be rude, but this is very wrong. Going under 20% body fat WILL NOT automatically cause harm to your internal organs. Below 15%, and your body may stop menstruating, but you would be fine between 15 and 20%. For instance, I am currently at about 23%, and my goal is to be sitting comfortably at about 18%.…

I get 30 days of leave a year, all federal holidays, and Air Force family days. And besides the countries that other Americans cannot travel too, I can't travel to Mexico without coordinating with the AT office first. I don't see how I'm limited in any way. Tons of off time, and I can go pretty much where I want.

I'm built about how she is, a little taller at 6'0. I'm at 159 now, and originally my goal was 155, but I think I'm reevaluating and going to get down to around 145-150. There's this stuff at GNC called Cardio Cuts. I take it, and I've noticed I don't get tired as fast, or winded, and I have tons of energy. You should check it out. It also helps you burn more calories.
