What is the body part you dislike working out the most?

For me I dread my leg days because they are sooo exhausting. I don’t like doing lunges or squats so they are my first exercises. I do love what the exercises do for me though.

    Anything with my core. I love it about 20 minutes after I finish and I have definitely seen results. But while I am planking, crunching, doing V-ups (not sure if thats the real name) I am dying.

    Not necessarily a body part.. but I hate trying to do splits. I've never been able to do a complete split and now I'm finally getting back into working out regularly and still can't go far. Yet. I suppose that's my new mission.

    Mine are also the legs. When I started, I thought it would be arms/back since I have a much stronger lower body. Nope, I was wrong...

    Legs too

    My legs are stronger than any other part so lift some heavy weights and it hurts like hell!

    Yes, mine suck too. I wish that they progressed like my quads do.

    Definitely arms, especially the left one. My tennis elbow always starts to flare up.
