Add 1 Mallow cup to that list!! I was craving Chocolate and looked at them and I could eat one. So I bought a 2-pack, gave one to my son and I ate one. YUM. Helped my craving go away.

If I look up some of the same foods online though I get different results. Same with Exercise. If I look up how much I lose walking, it's usually less or more than mfp says.
