To extrapolate on this a bit i actually keep food at my bedside LOL i often times wake up between 1-3am and eat whatever it is. It's like clock work if there is food, SEARCH AND DESTROY.

It's actually pretty great for fat-loss and the metabolism to eat before bed. "Don't eat past 7pm" is a pretty old mentality. Your body doesnt stop processing food or stop its regular functions at night. Yes it slows down a bit but giving your body something to process at night helps to keep you "anabolic" when you sleep…

I tried to like raw cacao! I just can't get use to it. Although im not a huge chocolate fan to begin with (besides the aforementioned nutella :)

My fiancé has almost the exact same stats as you. (except he's 6'5). He's about 6% body fat. You should add him. I think it would be cool to compare. Also to see what a different composition looks like. His name is ADHDentrepreneur

You really should just let your body do what it does naturally. You body eliminates toxins through sweat and waste. Accelerating the process really isn't beneficial.

I honestly think fasting cleanses aren't a good idea but I do see benefit of using fiber supplement and digestive enzyme. Couple that with copious amounts of water daily and that is your cleanse right there! I always add something to my water to balance the PH as well (cucumber, lemon/lime etc). Most OTC cleanses are…

I paid about 7K about 5 years ago. I think the prices increase every year to answer your question. The same doc charges 10 now

Caffeine has a 4 hour half live so i really wouldnt drink more then 1 in that time frame. Too much coffee can be stressful on the adrenal system. I would say two servings a day is probably OK. I do espresso in the morning (double shot) then one around 5pm.

You're right!!! Cheeeers!

I'm from Europe. It's ignorant to say westerners live anything like Europeans...

Truth hurts. These people are looking for someone to tell them it's ok to do poorly. If your goal is to be healthy a daily wine routine isnt the way. "working out" doesn't automatically qualify most MFP memebers to give sound advice on diet and fitness. The REAL answer is its inappropriate to drink 200 cals of wine…

Perhaps you will wake up tomorrow with a better understanding of the human body & the implications of consuming alcohol daily. A serving is 2oz. So let's be real and skip over the "wines good for you crap". Reveretrol (in wine) is good for you, if it's the health benefits you're seeking there r supplements for that. Only…

Just as hard as it is to cut out wine...

Ugh.... I should just stop reading :noway: :noway: :noway: :noway: :noway:
