My Moms boyfriend told me it looked like I lost 40 pounds even though ive lost 21!! and I am now in a size 12 jean :)

I changed up somethings to make it more challenging for some

I think sweat powers me up even more to do it again the next day even when that next day comes and I am so stiff I can't move:)

just checkin everyones progress before bed then time to hit they hay!! oh and got super loads of cardio in since my 7 yr old had track and field today and had to keep up to a running toddler!! also got my situps done :) night

now that its nice out im outside constantly with my kids and barely have time to think of whats for lunch or supper?!! and just make whatevers fastest but started buying more veggies and fruits so I can turn to that option of veggies and hummus or a fruit platter.... the kids will love it cuz they can eat out on the picnic…

I got my situps in last night even if i was dead tired!! today will be sooner so im not so tired

If I have to do quite a few errands in a day i count the walking, you still got excercise :)

I count cleaning all the time cuz i crazy clean when I do!!

awsome!! so glad I have people on board for this.... got more then 30 min cardio in yesterday and just about forgot my situps and did them beside my bed on the floor before sleep :P

I wake up at least once in the night to get a drink and debate if i should snack.... then turn around and go back to bed or get something like a mini cucumber or grapes
