I like the Progresso Light Soups for lunch. I get the ones that are between 120 and 140 calories for the entire can. Eat that an apple and a wedged up fresh tomato. Filling and tasty for around 200 calories.

Yum is right! ! ! I made this for supper tonight using low sodium and low/no fat products and it is outstanding! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

Boy, can I relate to what you are saying. I have been eating 1200 cal/day, walking every day and haven't lost anything in weeks. Finally this week I lost a pound - 1# <sigh>. I am just trying to remember it isn't a sprint to lose weight, it's a marathin for a better life. AND I am smaller than I was when I started in May.…

I made this too and it is SO GOOD... but do you have any of the nutrition facts on it? I add walnuts and cover it with Fat Free Ready Whip! Oh my so good! I just don't know how to count it.

It REALLY bothers me when people mis-use "myself". They say ".. you may send the report to Ann and myself..." (these folks usually have a college degree!) It's "...Ann and ME..." duh!

NO My husband of 36 years would never drink and drive. At the age of 4 our grandaughter was paralyzed after the van she was riding in was hit by a drunk driver. Think of a 4 year old little girl being PARALYZED for the rest of her life because your boyfriend chose to drink and drive. Remember buzzed driving IS DRUNK…

I had 2 NSV today ! ! ! # 1. Went to see my endocrinologist (I have diabetes) and he was so excited about the 12 pounds I have lost since I last saw him in May. It was the very first thing he said after Hello! # 2. He also told me my BMI had dropped from Obese to just Overweight! Then he said he would like to see me lose…

Don't have a recipe, but I have found a great Yogurt Ranch Dressing made by Bolthouse in the produce section of Kroger. Two tablespoons only 45 calories!

I'm so glad to read this ... When I started MFP I was allowed 1270 cal/day and I rarely had problems staying within that limit, but after losing 12#, I was lowered to 1200 cal/day and I feel hungry and have struggled to only eat that few ... in fact I have GAINED back a pound. I am glad to read others ideas of what to eat…

Hey! I am from Mississippi, too! Wanna be friends? I live in the Central part of the state and joined in May. Have S-L-O-W-L-Y lost 10 pounds with MFP when I have NEVER been able to lose weight wth any other program. I really like the friendships and support you get here. There have been times when I have been stuck at a…

I like cottage cheese sprinkled with sugar free Orange Jello powder and then mixed with crushed pineapple in it's own juice, and fat free/ sugar free cool whip. Yummy!

I have been reading all your posts about the Refrigerator Oatmeal. I have all the ingredients to make them except I only have a box of Quick Oats... what would happen if I used Quick Oats? Anybody know?

I eat mini-carrots and hummus. The carrots seem to quench my sweet craving and fill me up and the hummus is like 4 calories per tablespoon!

I notice these recipes are 300-400 calories... that's 1/4 - 1/3 of my daily calorie total. Any low calorie recipies?

Oh, I think this group is for me! I am way over 50 and really frustrated because I feel I am eating sensibly and haven't lost but 3 #. I know I need to add exercise, but I do not like any type of exercise and can't stand to sweat and since I live in Mississippi and it is nearly July I avoid the heat and sweating at all…

I am no where near MT, but I am looking for fitness pals too! BTW, what is a FitBit?

Welcome! :flowerforyou: I am fairly new to MFP too and like you lost on WW and gained it all back plus extra. My problem is that I don't like to exercise, so I am hoping for support and encouragement here as well. So far I have lost only 3 #, but that's 3 # less than I did weigh a month ago.
