I did not do well on Wed & Thursday. Probably, stress but I need to learn to track my food even under stress. Today, I will be better - breakfast was high protein (2 egg omelet with cheddar cheese) and piece of toast.

I feel strong today from healthy eating yesterday. Last night, I had the leftover Easter dinner minus the candies and cookies.=) I will be running around NYC today, so I will pack my lunch with a water bottle. Heavy but smart if I don't have to think about eating out. Thank you for the weekly check-in!

We ate leftover lamb for Easter dinner yesterday. I shop weekly so there are a couple of meals and good, healthy food in the house. In an ideal world, I would like to plan my meals out the night before. Unfortunately, not usually the case. If I eat a healthy breakfast, the rest falls in place for me.

I decided to do the challenge so I ate mindlessly this weekend with special emphasis on Easter candy. I gained 4.2 pounds in 2 days! Weight always comes on so easy!

Just for today- I will log all my food Exercise at least 30 minutes Drink minimally 8 glasses of water Don't eat after dinner.

Sometimes, I will simply put "generic homemade meatball" and count that as a normal meatball. If I will use the recipe numerous times, I will put the ingredients under create a new recipe.

48 grams without weight lifting. If you weight lift & put in the exercise, you will need more protein. Protein is in a lot of things. I read somewhere that it takes 80% of the protein calories to digest it. Meat? Cheese? Eggs? Milk? Yogurt? Whey? Good luck! 5 5 5%
