i don't how you do it =( I never have calories left over... i think i need to re think my food or something.. I hardly ate any food and I'm already over my calories and starving! :tongue: oh well.

ummmmm.... I want to eat healthier! obviously.. but I am going to cut out refined sugar! That is my goal. And add twenty minutes a day to my already an hour walk.

I have a friend that eats one meal a day. It's dinner. And it is at 9pm. She keeps gaining and doesn't understand it. Her meal has anywhere between 500-800 calories in it. So she isn't eating enough calories. You have to eat through out the day to keep your metabolism running. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and low calorie…

I eat a scrambled egg. It keeps me going for a couple hours. Or on the go I eat a clif bar... or at least half of it.

I eat Orville Redenbacher's - Natural - Simply Salted Popcorn.. It has a whopping 30 calories per cup of popcorn. I can eat the whole bag and not feel guilty

Steak-umms have 110 calories per portion (one flat frozen goodness) so my sandwich, with asparagus spears on the side and including a pat of butter, was 485 calories

I agree! check the labels! There is some interesting things in those protein shakes. Make sure you get the right one for you.

I had an interesting day.. mostly fat and sugar.... but i didn't go over badly with my calories. Breakfast: Special K Soy Milk Lunch: Steak-umm (2 servings) sandwich on a wheat bun with Italian cheese Snickers bar (because It was there!) Snack: Skittles (they were just there!) Dinner: Cinch Protein shake and some vitamins

I drink a chocolate protein shake from Shaklee (http://www.shaklee.com/20341.html) for breakfast and lunch. Then a decent sized dinner with Vitamins. (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants anti-aging phytonutrients, omega-3 fatty acids and probiotics) That's how I do it. My Doctor says it has done my body some good. So It can't…
