I'd like to know too. I go through shoes quickly. I talked to the salespeople at Cabela's about it and they recommended the Keen Brand. I bought them a month ago and already see the soles wearing down a bit, but it may be a while before I have to get new ones. I think I remember something about a warranty on them as well.…

I hate throwing away food too - it's expensive. But when it comes down to it, I try to remind myself that it's better to waste the food than it is to waist the food. :)

I started around 325 and lost about 70 pounds with Phentermine (A Doc has to prescribe it) and then another 26 or so with MFP's help - you can do this! Just don't psych yourself out.

Drink more water. If you're dehydrated, your body holds onto fat more. And if you're not dehydrated, the water helps flush the fat out. I do much better with weight loss when water is the only thing I drink.

I switched to endomondo when we were able to sync too. I used to use MapMyRide. Endomondo either under-estimates compared to MMR or is about the same, depending on the day. Wow, Great Job on all that success you all are having! After reading what you're all saying, I changed my goal settings to 190. Who knows if I'll ever get there, but I'll leave that as my written goal and keep 240 as the goal in my mind for now.
