  • JVC in ear with a hook that goes over top of your ear. They're like $10 so I keep a couple pairs around. One in my purse, on in the car, one lost somewhere in the house… ETA, I don't care for regular padded on the ear headphones when exercising because they get all damp and sweaty. Yuck :D

  • Even if you're not a big fan of fish, try swai. It's inexpensive and very very mild. Doesn't taste fishy at all. And easy to prepare. Rub with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and bake @ 350 for 15 mins. Done. Even my kid eats that one :D
