Today marks the 1000th day in a row that I have logged in to MyFitnessPal.
MyFitnessPal has transformed my life. I understand my diet, nutrition and metabolism. Without it I would have put back on the 43kg that have lost.

Wow well done you???????????????? i hope i do as well as i am a newbie of sorts, i did join but never really started but i am commited this time round. Can you help me as i post and nobody bothers to reply. How can i scan barcodes from the full site as the app allows for it as soon as i go to add food i get the logo at the bottom of the screen but not on the full site.
