You're an inspiration to me that you could lose SO much weight and still drink vodka with diet soda on the weekends! I LOVE my vodka, but I always find myself up between 2-3 #'s after a weekend jag with the girls!!! NO freaking NO! I've tried Adipex and know that you can struggle to eat 800+ calories. But you have to. You have to eat 1200-1400, depending on your beginning size. Never less than 1200. You might lose, but you will gain it back in the long run. Don't do it. SMH.

I agree. Drink a poo ton of water and flush out. I bet you're retaining from sodium. I have this happen at least once a week. I fluctuate 2-4 # regularly, then I'm back down and then some. Me too, me too! I'm frequently guessed @ 50# lighter than I am. 5'8"... Currently 223.8# but still get guessed under 170#. I am big boned, like Garfield. ;0) I've always carried my weight well.

it's powdered, but you mix it equally with water. it's actually quite good. jif it is not. but it reminds me of natural peanut butter and you can choose your own consistency. it's quite tasty and if you leave it dry you can mix it into your protein drinks. very good! enjoy!

As my step mother told me when I had this issue a few weeks ago: 'Eat like a bird, poop like a bird'. LOL. But seriously, she gave me a serving of dried prunes, quite tasty and effective within a few hours. Good luck.
