Was the awesome stache? No. The Run DMC shirt? No. While impressive in their own right, it was your awesome transformation that was truly inspiring.

I'm having this same issue and can't seem to find anything on the internet regarding just how much sugar you should have. I have an appointment with a nutritionist to discuss the very topic. You can adjust your sugar limits in MFP but without knowing how much is too much it's hard to do.

I still know a thing or two about gaining weight. :) bahahahaa- I couldn't agree more but also agree with the originator of this thread - saggy skin TERRIFIES me.

This picks and stories are great. As a five footer it is good to see other shorties. I get all excited on some of the other after pics where they're all like Me at 170 and I'm like yay that's not that far off, then I read they're 5'11" and I'm like ohh....

I couldn't agree more- this TERRIFIES me. But from what i have read- going slow and toning is the best way to avoid this. Personally i also dread looking older from wrinkles in the face too (fat don't crack)- but it'll be worth it... and yes- you're young so you have that going for you...

this is my problem too. i do the coupon thing but all that stuff you can get is so calorie dense. As far as fresh veggies and such- farmers markets are good in the spring and summer but food is just so expensive. But i do agree with the Aldis for fresh fruit and veggies.

Just started back seriously on MFP - have about 100 lbs to lose ideally but going to start small. Add me! I need inspiration and stick to it ness for sure.
