  • Would anyone be interested in a group here for those with the On Demand? I'm not a coach, just would love a group to help me stay motivated and decide which plans to try next. That sort of thing.

  • 70s and 80s sounds wonderful! I'm in Florida, so we're upper 90s into the 100s with high high high humidity. All I want is ice cream. I'm refraining though, getting fruit and pudding to get me by :smile:

  • Me too! Hi, I'm River and I love all things Who. Also all things Whedon, and all things Harry Potter, along with a lot of other things :-) I'm currently using the Zombies, Run! app to get in running shape because if a mad man with a box ever grabs my hand and whispers, "Run!" I need to be able to do it!
  • I did the first workout of week 3 yesterday and I did SO much better than I expected! I actually ran the ENTIRE first 5 minute free run! Then I ran all of the drills.   • I don't think anyone has mentioned it, but my favorite show right now is The Blacklist. It's not sci-fi at all, but the acting is superb. James Spader is just phenomenal.

  • I finished Week 2 yesterday. I should be starting the scary week 3 tomorrow. The 5 minute run on both sides of the drills is worrying me, but I'm going to just do the best I can, and who knows, maybe I actually can do it and just don't know it yet!

  • Are you sure you want honesty? You have a REALLY nice life. You have two children and enough money to not only gorge yourself on a regular basis, but to pay for a personal trainer 4 times a week. You won't have any more or be any better until you learn to appreciate what you have.

  • Yes, this week's episode was the one that makes me say ^that^ and then makes me want to go back and re-watch the series from the beginning. There is always an episode like that with a Joss show, I've learned to trust him and take the ride he wants to offer and I've never been disappointed.
  • I love makeup :-) I think it's fun! I love to play with color and think a face is a great canvas to experiment with, and if it doesn't work, it takes only seconds to take it off and try something else. I don't wear it for anyone else, male or female, I wear it for me :-)

  • Me! I'm using Zombies, Run! 5K for my cardio :-) I also LOVE all things Potter and am a card carrying Whovian. I don't think this makes me nerdy, per say, but I'm also an avid knitter, and have made many a Gryffindor and TARDIS themed item :-)
