It's very possible that he's not feeling great about himself seeing you lose so much weight. It takes effort to lose that much bodyweight and if he doesn't have the discipline or the care to improve his own shape, he might be feeling insecure. BOOM! For sure.

I can burn that over the course of an hour and a half plus (even taking out 25% of "number" I see) to be safe, but not in an hour. That's some Serious working out. Props to anyone who does it.

Protein intake according to MFP is WAY, WAY too low. If your exercising hard, you need a lot more than what they suggest. I'm over by at least 100 grams a day. General rule of thumb is 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight if your training hard. You can be a little less/over and be fine.

About 40 pound difference. After pic was last Saturday.
