@LeanButNotMean44 it was a response to somebody asking me if my "TOM" was soon. I had glanced at my period tracker app when responding. My period isn't happening next week but the Monday after. Visually it looked like a little over a week...but it's actually 12 days!

Haven't increased my exercise. My diet is pretty low carb. I have one piece of bread in the morning with an egg on it. After that, my carbs come from veggies. Is TOM an acronym for my period?

I was asking because when a fish is marinating in citrus and olive oil I am actually not ingesting all of the juice and olive oil. I should have been clearer with my question-- how does one account for calories in marinades?

I will check out some vids!! I was on the swim team when I was a teen but nothing wrong with refreshing my tecnique! I started to gain wight after my injury from lack of activity, my diet didn't change. I just stopped hiking for 2 hours a day but continued to eat as if I were!

i am willing to sweat!!! my life schedule has changed. i used to hike 5 miles a day with big incline. i sweat a ton, it was hard! now i am feeling like i won't get nearly enough of a workout with 30 minutes seeing my hike was way over an hour...about and hour an a 1/2!!
