elliptical is less impact if u have bad knees/ ankles... treadmill is better if you're a runner and planning on working your way up to doing lots of runs outside... more similar to running outside/ yet still less impact

the more in shape i get, the lower and lower my calorie burns from doing the same work out, and the lower my heart rate gets.. i just have to push harder

yes as the above poster said, now you will have to work harder, or run faster to get your heart rate up to where it was before..

watch for the miso soup at some places, as some are very high in sodium, depends where you go.. also, as some people said, watch if the rolls are fried/have mayo/sauce in them because they end up being REALLY high in calories i have splurged on rolls this week . but typically i like to get seaweed salad with salmon…

if you have low/no arches in your feet you probably over pronate.. a pair of motion control shoes, or orthodics will help with the shin splints

no you dont need to be in the "fat burning zone" .. you burn more calories from fat there, APPARENTLY.. but you burn more overall calories if its higher.. i do HIIT and get my heart rate wayyyyyyy up there and it isnt "bad".. in fact its been working really well for me!

those ads are stupid, not reasonable, unreliable, etc... eat healthy, whole foods,with the occasional "bad" food, to keep yoru sanity (if you want).. and you will be fine a lot of people on here are fine with splenda.. i personally am not, i use stevia which is all natural and it comes from a plant.. tastes the same to me!

I dont use these detox teas.. but i drink yogis kombucha tea (its delicious).. and the bottled fermented kombucha drinks and i love them..they have similar purposes of a detox tea.. supposed to cleanse your liver
