Take the skin off your fried chicken and don't fry an apple. Add steamed veggies to any fried meal instead of fries or other carbs.....For a start. Hope it helps. X

I do chicken noodle soup for the end of a roasted chicken. Boil the carcass with an onion (whole) and carrot. Drain and keep the meat and liquors. Well, recognition of your habits is a start, surely? How about making a list and ordering it (homework) and then. If you can, going for a brisk walk at the point of ordering food? Just trying to break the cycle one time could help.
