Well the holidays are finally over well the good thing I only gained 3lbs well I guess I just have start all over...

    I ate lots of bread this week...now scale shows a gain of 4 pounds...making a holiday gain of 9 pounds...yikes!

    I managed to lose 1 lb out of the 10 I've been losing and re-gaining. I think my scale is broken. LOL... Am determined to start over yet again and am committed to being successful.
